By using Refolio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Refolio converts resume information into public profile pages and offers optional paid features such as premium templates, analytics, and job matching.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Refolio a limited license to process, host, and display your content as required to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and publish all submitted materials.

You agree not to use Refolio to:

• Upload unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access or security testing.
• Abuse API endpoints or bypass usage limits.
• Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent material.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Subscription plans may include trial periods when stated on the pricing page.

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment that provides ongoing access to current Pro features under your account, subject to these Terms.

Taxes, local fees, and currency conversion charges may apply depending on your payment method and region.

You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Access remains available through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and may depend on payment provider policies, purchase date, and local law.

Refolio, its software, branding, and product assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute service components.

Refolio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Job matching and AI-generated outputs are assistive features, not guarantees of hiring outcomes, interview success, or legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service or other users.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
